I must say, the team at this hotel is really good. adi santika, herry, and dodikita. They treated me like family. the blend of luxury and contemporary design creates a chic and vibrant atmosphere. the beachfront setting provides amazing ocean views. the team's warm hospitality elevated the entire experience.
i did find that the beach was not as clean as i would have liked.

The pool area is expansive and well designed, it offers many sun loungers, providing excellent views of the beach. away spa offers a wide range of treatments in a serene and modern setting. the spa provides quiet time in its lounge. This complements a day in the tropical sun.

The staff are attentive and very friendly. They go out of their way to ensure every guest feels special. i observed seamless check-ins, prompt poolside refreshments, and personalized recommendations for exploring local attractions. the team's really good hospitality elevates the entire experience.
